On International Migrants Day, we underline our fundamental role in creating more inclusive societies.
"How are migrants contributing to our cities’ life?" ,"What are the main challenges to promote inclusion and integration of migrants faced by mayors?", "How would you improve migration governance?".
Listen to the voices of mayors from the Mediterranean region explaining how cities can foster the migration agenda and why creating inclusive societies demands major efforts and resources. Mayors highlight how migrants contribute to their cities’s life (in the economic, social or cultural dimension), the main challenges to promote inclusion and integration and why cities need a stronger role to improve migration governance.
